SHIPPING POLICY

CUSTOM PRODUCTION
All Stamped31 jewelry is custom-made specifically for you. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipment. Production time begins after your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

SHIPPING
Once production is complete, your order will be packaged and transferred to the shipping carrier. Shipping/transit time is separate from our 2–4 week production timeframe. We currently do not offer expedited production or shipping.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout once your order is prepared for shipment. Tracking may take additional time to update after the carrier receives your package.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Stamped31 is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

DELIVERY & CARRIER DELAYS
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations. Stamped31 is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then email us if additional assistance is needed.
